Club Policies

Cell Phones

Cell phones are not permitted to be used on Club grounds except in the Men's and Women's Locker Rooms or in the parking lots.

Proper Attire

It is expected that members and their guests will dress in a manner befitting the surroundings and atmosphere provided in the setting at Lookaway.

Men: Slacks, shorts no more than three inches above the knee, dress denim jeans, shirts with collars and sleeves and turtlenecks/mock turtles are considered appropriate attire. Tank tops, tee shirts, fishnet tops, short-shorts, cut-offs, jams, sweat pants, ripped blue jeans, bathing suits, tennis shorts or other athletic shorts are not permitted.

Women: Dresses, skirts, slacks, dress denim jeans, golf shorts/skorts and blouses are considered appropriate attire. Halter tops, short-shorts, tee shirts, fishnet tops, bathing suits, sweat pants, ripped blue jeans, tennis dresses, athletic shorts or cut-offs are not permitted.

Shoes: Appropriate golf shoes are required on the Golf Course at all times. Lookaway is a soft-spike club and steel or other penetrating spikes are not permitted at anytime. This dress code is mandatory for all players.

Improperly dressed golfers will be asked to change before playing. If you are in doubt concerning your attire, please check with the Golf Shop before starting to play. Attire worn in a manner other than intended, may be deemed inappropriate.
